New applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered eligible:

1. Any person or company MUST have availed commercial fishing licenses managed by Fisheries and Oceans Canada.
2. Must be compliant with all orders or regulations issued by Fisheries and Oceans Canada.
3. Must be able to file all Fish Slips with Fisheries and Oceans Canada.
4. Must be reliable & hold a high quality of standards in their products.
